The links don't work - better remove the "br" tags. Mouseover the links and you'll see what I mean.

And while you're at it anyway, change the 256 to 512 for better views!

+10 for not being a docile asian clone.
Doh Civire aren't asian, together with "huge eyes" Gallente/Gallente (like Irani Firecam) they're the best looking bloodline to start with.
Btw the picture of your favourite avatar isn't very artistic.

Irani Firecam is Gallente/Jin-Mei.
Oops! I'm so sorry!! :)
You must be the youngest looking character in-game ...

Not sure if Irani doesn't look at least as young ...

Can I recommend Mr. Vardec Crom?
Really love the shadow, composition, suiting background (and the fact that he looks a bit like Dr. Gregory House ^^) ..

Tadaa #2: Mr Vardec Crom.
I rated this guy really high in the rating thread. Next to the fact that he looks like Dr Gregory House (!!!), the composition is really great; the bit gloomy shadows and his expression really fit remarkably well. Also the evil right eye suits the general idea pretty well.

Originally by: Heathrow I'm rather fond of Tenna T's avatar.
The washed out lighting and dark background don't just give the shot a lovely computer monitor glow they also help to sell a more realistic and less plastic face. The very straightforward look on her face makes me think of a slightly tousled and groggy pilot that's just rolled out of bed to hastily snap a shot for her Pilot's Licence.
Some avatars may be sharper and some avatars may look prettier but I've yet to see any as full of character or as well thought through as this one.
A+
What I donŠt really like about that one (and a lot of other avatars posted here, also true for my own) is that the light is quite straightforward and the character is completely seperated/not interacting with the background.
While with the two examples I posted the person and background seem to be a whole, they could be pictures from a movie or very high resolution game.
Just my opinion, ofc.

(to no-one in particular) I'm sure most of you are very nice people but I have the idea that your sense for "Potrait Photography Excellence" isn't always that strongly developed!
As you were Cmdr A. Stewart

Recommendation #3: Saih Huang.
Very nice composition and colour and light combination - perhaps a little too light. It looks like a portrait of a rich patriach merchant from a wealthy trading family, or perhaps a powerful clergus of some Amarr order.

Recommendation #5: Ghostchrome, The dark shadowly colours with the background, lips and eyes make it a very nice composition.

Recommendation #6: a href= http://eveolution.de/portrait.php?user=Anne Arqui target= _blank http://eveolution.de/portrait.php?user=Anne Arqui /a Anne Arqui, really captures the brave freedom fighter feel, you'd expect a fleet of ships to appear above her head every minute.

Recommendation #6: Irulan Corinno, for me it really gives a "in stations" feel and the cold industry/business colour tones, light and character's expression also give me a very Caldariish feeling.
